Happy Father’s Day!

Hey dads!  I just wanted to wish you all a Happy Father’s Day and share a brief message I heard in church today that I think you’ll find encouraging.

I think you’ll agree being a dad is truly a blessing from the Lord.  I’ve learned so much throughout my 7 years of being dad and can say with certainty, it is the most difficult and rewarding job there is.

My kids bring me a tremendous amount of joy and being a dad allows me to have just a small understanding of what God’s love is for me.  Today in church our pastor encouraged us to treasure, value and pray for our children daily.  He couldn’t have offered parents a better message.

All children are wonderfully made by God. As a father, it is truly a blessing to be part of His great plan bringing them into this life and raising them to find and follow Jesus Christ.
