		<description>The important part is managing the extra money wisely and not blowing it. Some people lack the discipline to do this, and are better have letting the IRS &quot;force&quot; them to save up the money. 

For those of us with discipline, we can put the money towards retirement, pay off debt, etc. sooner rather than later.</description>

		<description>One item worth noting. If you work gobs of overtime in short periods or get bonuses chances are you are going to drastically over pay the Federal Government. I worked a lot of overtime for about half of the year and I claimed 20 deductions and still got a nice refund. I will add I had seven dependents that year.
