		<description>Mica, I agree with you.  For example, we thought having family pictures out was a good idea.  Not so.  Our agent told us to put them away so those looking at our house could imagine themselves in it.  Definitely a good idea to have a stager and sometimes agents will include this service.</description>

		<description>What&#039;s difficult in selling a house is parting with all the memories that you&#039;ve had with it. I&#039;d definitely change some parts of the house and make it look more presentable to prospective buyers. It might be better if you hire someone who is an expert in staging. It&#039;ll get sold faster than you can say monthly mortgage. =)</description>

I&#039;ve seem gorgeously-staged and cleaned-up homes sit idle for more than a year because the owner had an unrealistic view of what the house was really worth.
