		<description>Awesome, Jason.  Thanks for your comment.  I think that&#039;s a great perspective towards giving.  And you&#039;re right.  If He only tithed His blood, we&#039;d be dead in our sins.  We should always look for ways to stretch our giving and make sure we have the right attitude in doing so.</description>

Something I like to ponder when the question of &quot;how much&quot; comes up is...what if Christ &quot;tithed&quot; his blood?  What if he gave the minimum requirement on the cross?  We&#039;d still be dead in our sins!

2 Corinthians 8:9 says, &quot;For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was rich, yet for your sake he became poor, so that you by his poverty might become rich.&quot;

He became POOR, so WE could become RICH!  When we see and embrace the generosity of Christ in the gospel that is what will change our hearts so we ask, &quot;how much CAN I give&quot; rather than &quot;how much do I HAVE to give.&quot;</description>
