Thanks for sharing these principles. Many people do not save because they have wrong perspective about money and savings. How we spend our money (and other resources) also reflects our attitude towards God. If we believe that we are stewards of God, then we will make the best effort to manage your money in such a way that it will honor God. Good stewardship will honor God and He will even bless us more in return.

Good Article. I agree that our culture encourages discontentment with our circumstances. Our unwise investments as well as our desire for material possessions and luxuries can reflect this. Awesome post! I love the use of Joseph’s story to illustrate savings. Also interesting and inspiring is how God used this savings to bless others through Joseph/Egypt’s savings.
